We were called to a property where the toilet was backing up into the shower – a stressful situation nobody wants on a weekend!
✅ First attempt was jetting from the main toilet stack, but the blockage wouldn’t clear.
✅ On further inspection we discovered a hidden manhole buried under stones holding water.
✅ Once uncovered, we jetted from there and restored full flow 💨💧.
✅ The manhole is now left exposed for the customer, giving them easy access in the future if needed.
